Mem--Psalm 119:97-104 (The Aleph Tav of Psalm 119)

Mem is the 13th letter and has the meaning of  "water".  It is the second of the "double letters" (it can change the meaning and sound of a word depending on it's placement.) מ ם It has an opened and closed form.  The ancient teachers believe this symbolized that God's presence is both open and revealing, yet shrouded in mystery, closed off to human reason.  Our m word is "mah" which means "how".

The student is continuing his thought process from the last section.  He is letting love for the Teacher and His Word  wash over him like water.  He is on that "high" that comes when you have a lightbulb moment..."I AM THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE WORLD!!" 💡🤣 The Teacher's words have moved the student so much that he has to use exaggerated words to express himself--such as the Word is so good he can taste it.  He's so mesmerized by all he's learned that his enemies are barely mentioned or noticed.

I needed this section today!!  I've gotten behind on my daily Bible reading and I can tell.  There are days I get wrapped up in study and there are days that I can barely drag myself through it.  I know it's human nature, but I really want to have more days like this one--days where I am almost drowning in my love for God's Word.  Once again, this fits my Bible study motto (You might be tired of hearing this...)   God's Word--First in my mind, first in my heart, first out of my mouth.
When we immerse ourselves in His Word, we won’t be able to stop talking about it.  ❤️
