But Solomon’s beautiful prayer of dedication is long because it IS essentially the first time he’s talked to God in His new home. Can you imagine the joy in the Israelites hearts, after years and years of carrying God with them, they finally have a place to come to Him and worship. As soon as the ark of the covenant entered the temple, a cloud, the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord!!!
I broke the prayer down into 13 parts

The details overwhelmed me at first but I’m glad I broke them down. I learned a lot.
